1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Cardless Withdrawal Infrastructure ("Infrastructure") provided by MeekFi ("Provider") to financial institutions and their customers ("Users"). By utilizing the Infrastructure, Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If Users do not agree with any part of this Agreement, they must refrain from using the infrastructure.
2. Infrastructure Access
The Infrastructure provides financial institutions with a secure platform to enable cardless cash withdrawals for their customers.
3. User Identification and Authentication
The Provider and financial institutions reserve the right to set withdrawal limits and charges applicable to cardless cash withdrawals.

The Provider and financial institutions reserve the right to set withdrawal limits and charges applicable to cardless cash withdrawals.
5. Responsibility of Financial Institutions
Financial institutions are responsible for verifying the identity and eligibility of their customers to use the Infrastructure for cardless withdrawals.
6. User Obligations
Users must use the Infrastructure solely for legal and legitimate purposes
7. Data Protection and Privacy
The Provider and financial institutions shall handle all user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and privacy policies. Liability and Indemnification
The Provider shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by Users or financial institutions arising from the use of the Infrastructure, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Termination and Suspension
The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Infrastructure.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Benin Republic. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted
